What is the Re3 Trauma Method?

Recognise

Together, we identify unconscious beliefs and emotional blockages stemming from traumatic or challenging experiences. These deeply ingrained patterns influence how we think, feel, and act – often without realizing it.

Release

In a safe and supportive space, we release not only the emotional charges but also the physical reactions stored in the body. Trauma is not just a mental imprint – it lives in the nervous system. This process helps restore balance and creates space for true emotional regulation and healing.

Rewrite

Finally, we replace old, limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. These beliefs are deeply anchored in your subconscious, allowing them to support and positively influence your thoughts, actions, and behaviors in everyday life..
