Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged in full.

Packages and prepaid sessions are valid for the duration stated at purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
